Processing & Shipping: Weekends and holidays may delay shipping. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track the package.

Delivery: Ensure someone is available to retrieve the package on the delivery day.

Shipping Address: Double-check your shipping address during checkout. CMW is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.

Liability: Once the items are with the shipping carrier, CMW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must contact the carrier to file a claim.
